Construction The ProX TRUSSTILTBLK features a bolted steel construction with a powder-coated black finish. The product is built to withstand the rigors of professional event environments while maintaining a clean, professional appearance consistent with black truss systems. Tilt Range and Adjustment ProX TRUSSTILTBLK provides a tilt range of 0° to 105° , adjustable in precise 2.5° increments via two bolt circle patterns. This level of fine-tuning gives engineers and riggers exact control over AV device angles, which matters when you need to cover a specific seating area or correct for a room's geometry. The tilt angle is mechanically limited to 105°, which prevents accidental tipping even at maximum load. Load Capacity The system supports a maximum load capacity of 165 lbs across the entire tilt range of 105°. This capacity is maintained whether the device is mounted level or at full tilt, giving riggers a consistent and reliable working load number throughout the setup. Truss Compatibility ProX TRUSSTILTBLK is compatible with standard 3-point and 4-point trusses with a tube spacing of 11.4" to 11.8". Mounting to the truss is independent of the truss orientation in space. Any truss position is achievable, provided the pivot axis of the Trusstilt is horizontal. This flexibility makes it adaptable to a wide variety of rig configurations. AV Equipment Mounting Defined and tested mounting points allow for the secure attachment of specific AV devices. Supported systems include L-Acoustics A10/A15, JBL VRX932, and Audipack L&S3 (Ref. 390567b) and L&S5 (Ref. 390967). The truss bracket includes two bolts and a star-head screw for L-Acoustics A10/A15 speakers, as well as a 35mm speaker mount with an M10 thread. Universal Safety Strap Positions For AV equipment that uses standard safety straps, ProX TRUSSTILTBLK provides three separate strap securing positions on the tilting unit. This adds an additional layer of security for equipment beyond the defined mounting points. Individual Tilt Protection Custom maximum tilt angles can be set to adapt the Trusstilt to specific project requirements. This means you can dial in a hard stop for a given application without relying on the operator to remember a limit every time.
